Fodina is a Website. It's a collection of software and of pages, which describe that software. It is composed of subsites, which describe the context of that software. And it contains external links hinting to external software and pages. Fodina wants to offer you his own work in the sense of free software. But because of the different types of the collected documents you have to respect different licences. Here are the rules:
- External pages and software connected to fodina by links are exclusively determined by their own licences and conditions. The range of fodinas licences is determined by the domain fodina.de
- All FODINA-pages are published under the conditions of the Creative Commons-Licence: You are free: to share (to copy, distribute and transmit the work) and to remix (to adapt) the work, if you mention Karsten Reincke as author of the original work and if you insert and a backlink to the FODINA homepage ( www.fodina.de) in a suitable place (e.g.: footer of the website or in the imprint). If you decide to remix a hardcopy (e.g.: a book, an article, a handout and so on), you have to respect this rule in a suitable manner.
- The fodina software itself is mostly offered under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation; either version 2 of the License, or (at your option) any later version. For details have a look at the software tarballs themselves.
- Be very careful if you remix Fodina pages: their layout is based on YAML and the pages therefore respect the YAML licence. By remixing the pages you probably have to respect the YAML licence, too.
And a little last petition: Please send a little notice to the author if you use his work in another context.
